Registration Now Open

Please read the instructions below before registering.

After registering on the Tournkey site you will then need to mail your entry fee cheque ($260 for Festival teams/$430 for Tournament teams) to:

 Clicking the Tournkey Tournament link above will direct you to the Tournkey Tournament System where you will be able to register your team and begin tournament registration.

*Please note that during BETA testing Tournkey Tournament Software may appear distorted on some mobile platforms.

1)      Once you have arrived on the Tournament Page navigate to the green tab listed ‘Register’.

2)      Click ‘Register for an account’ (If you have already registered for an account please sign In to register for the event)

3)      Create a new ‘Coach Account’ by completing the form and providing relevant contact information. Once you have completed the form click ‘We can contact you’ to receive priority updates, news on upcoming tournaments in your area, and great offers from our partners.

4)      Read our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and check the box I accept the Terms and Conditions

5)      Click ‘Create Account’ to advance to the coach’s dashboard.

6)      Select ‘Add New Team’ From Menu and fill in the relevant details. Enter at least one athlete of the appropriate age to qualify for the correct divisions when registering.

7)      Navigate to the green button labeled ‘Find New Events’.

8)      Select the event you would like to participate in from the list of events your account is eligible for participating in (based on the age of team’s oldest athlete).

9)      Review that the event and information are correct and select from the list of teams associated with your account from the drop-down menu.

10)   To complete your registration, select your preferred form of payment.

a.       If ‘Pay Offline’ is selected please note that registration is not confirmed until payment is received by the Tournament Director.

b.      If ‘Pay Online’ is selected please provide the appropriate credit card information to complete your registration.

            i.      If ‘Pay Online’ is unavailable the event is currently not accepting online payment

11)   Review and confirm your team has been processed correctly in ‘My Events’ where teams are directed after registration is complete.

12) Once you have finished your registration please be sure to book your hotels as availability may be limited: First Capital Cup 2017 Hotels
